{Bacon & Swiss Quiche}
I first had this delightful quiche about 7 years ago at a bridal shower.
It was my hubby's Aunt Marty's recipe. I've never had anything she had that wasn't yummy.
We have been enjoying it ever since. We had a very fun (but busy) weekend.
We headed to the Great Wolf Lodge for a few days of R&R. It was wonderful.
However, come Sunday evening I wanted a simple supper. This hit the spot.
This is a perfect recipe for a Baby or Bridal shower....or just a nice quick meal.
Enjoy! Blessings for a wonderful week!
