{Easy Smoked Sausage Green Bean Red Potato Dish}
This dish is easy peasy. I always keep Smoked Sausage in the freezer.
This dish is simple, quick, and yummy.
We are starting to gear up for the new school year. I'll have a 1st grader, preschooler and a newborn.
The truth is I am really looking forward to this new season of life. Mommy of three little ones.
Such a blessing! Hope you enjoy the recipe and are having a wonderful week.
Blessings,

Hey Carla, just stopping back by to tell you that my family loved this! I have a finicky crew, and when one likes something the other doesn't, but this dish was a thumbs up from everybody! Thank you! I will make this again and again!

My family loves this and its really great the next day too. I have one question though, is it supposed to end up more like a soup/stew? Do you drain it before serving? Also, I think adding some mushrooms and maybe some celery makes the flavors go over the top.
ReplyDeleteThank you for you comment. It does get a little soupy. I never drain the water. Once the water is absorbed I know it is ready. I also sub the potatoes for cabbage sometimes.
