Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
from our family

Between the flu bug and our first trip to the Emergency Room.
Christmas Parties and delivering goodies to neighbors, friends, and family.
I can't believe Christmas is just a few days away.
I've always said my family comes before this blog and that's why I've not posted much lately.

Lord willing after the first of the year I'll be back with some wonderful recipes.
Thank you all so much for reading and commenting. You are very dear to my heart.

Blessings!

I have never had a cheesy potato recipe I didn't enjoy.
We all have our tried and true...This is mine.
This recipe makes a bunch. So, I freeze half or take it to a new mommy.
I love to serve this with my Parmesan ChickenGreen Beans and Dinner Rolls.
I made this for a dear friend when she gave birth to her third precious baby ;)
This meal is a favorite in our home. I hope you will enjoy it as well.
Blessings,
Carla <><

Cheesy Potatoes:

2 LB Hash Browns
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or a little more)

*note to my family* yes, this recipe is a little different.
I started omitting the onions due to nursing mommas. I added the spices for flavor and milk for creaminess.
