{Bacon & Swiss Quiche}
I first had this delightful quiche about 7 years ago at a bridal shower.
It was my hubby's Aunt Marty's recipe. I've never had anything she had that wasn't yummy.
We have been enjoying it ever since. We had a very fun (but busy) weekend.
We headed to the Great Wolf Lodge for a few days of R&R. It was wonderful.
However, come Sunday evening I wanted a simple supper. This hit the spot.
This is a perfect recipe for a Baby or Bridal shower....or just a nice quick meal.
Enjoy! Blessings for a wonderful week!

ReplyDeleteMMMMmmmm--that looks fabulous! I will save this recipe for when our chickens resume egg-laying! (currently they appear to be taking the winter off)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Wowzer, I am pregnant...and this is torturing me! I want it now.
ReplyDeleteMooberry Farmwife-Thank you! I've been trying to talk my hubby into getting laying hens for a few years...please tell me it's wonderful :) My father-in-law raised some that we butchered last spring. The meat did not taste good. We think they were eating dirt and gravel.
ReplyDeleteJennifurla- If I could send you one thru the computer I would. Anything for an expecting momma! Best Wishes!
Tiffany- Did you notice the store bought pie crust. :) Just trying to make you proud!
