Broccoli



This broccoli side dish is one of my favorites.
We tell our kids they are "little trees"
Broccoli is very high in Vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of the safest and most effective vitamins. The benefits of vitamin C may include protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling.  So eat some broccoli :)


 Fresh Broccoli, Chicken Broth, Sea Salt, Pepper, Mrs. Dash, Butter
 Place the Broccoli in a Micro Safe Bowl. Fill half full with Chicken Broth
 Salt, Pepper, and Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash
 Place Butter on top
 Microwave until tender (5-7 min)
 Drain
 Top with favorite cheese/ Parmesan in our home :)

Broccoli:

4 cups fresh broccoli
Chicken Stock
Sea Salt
Pepper
Mrs. Dash
2 Tb Butter

*If you would prefer to steam this broccoli, use the Chicken Stock to steam.*
