Corn Casserole

{Corn Casserole}

I've heard this called lots of different names

Corn Casserole, Corn Pudding, Corn Bread Corn.....

I just call it delicious!

One of my hubby's favorite.

Can Corn, Cream Corn, Butter, Sour Cream, Eggs, Muffin Mix

Place the corn into a large bowl

Lightly beat the eggs

Drop the Muffin Mix, Melted Butter, Sour Cream, and Eggs into the bowl

Mix Well

Place into a greased pan

(2 quart)

Bake 350' 50-55 min

Until no longer jiggly

My edges got a little dark...

It was still yummy!

1 Can Whole Kernel Corn

1 Can Cream Corn

1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1/2 Cup Melted Butter

2 Eggs- Beaten

1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
