Honey Dijon Grilled Salmon:
Place Salmon in a container |
Pour over the Salmon and let marinate a few hours
Cook Salmon on each side -about 4 minutes-until firm
If you do not own a grill pan-you can just use a skillet :) |
Serve with lemon juice and fresh Parmesan cheese!

2 TB Dijon Mustard
3 TB Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves-pressed or chopped
1/2 tsp Honey
