Honey Dijon Grilled Salmon

I count it a joy to prepare meals for my family and this is a dish we love in our home. It is very simple and comes together quickly.  I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!  FYI- Our kids eat this one right up :)

Honey Dijon Grilled Salmon:

   Salmon Fillets, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Honey, 2 Garlic Cloves

Place Salmon in a container






Whisk together the Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Honey, and Garlic

Pour over the Salmon and let marinate a few hours

Cook Salmon on each side -about 4 minutes-until firm



If you do not own a grill pan-you can just use a skillet :)



Serve with lemon juice and fresh Parmesan cheese!

6 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TB Dijon Mustard
3 TB Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves-pressed or chopped
1/2 tsp Honey
