Monkey Bread

We had a very special birthday yesterday morning.  Our little man turned three!
This was a special birthday breakfast treat!
Daddy didn't seem to mind either  ; )

Biscuits, Sugar, Cinnamon, Butter, Brown Sugar, Pecans (optional)

Mix the cinnamon and sugar (oh, I LOVE cinnamon)

Cut the biscuits into fourths, yep, all 40 of them

Roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture

Melt the butter and brown sugar in saucepan

Add chopped pecans (optional- but oh, so good)

Place half of the cinnamon/sugar covered biscuits into a greased bunt pan

Pour half of the Brown Sugar/Butter/Pecan Mixture
over the biscuits

Now place the other half of biscuits into the pan
Layer with the last of the Brown Sugar/Butter/Pecan mixture
Bake in the oven 350* for 30 minutes-or until top is browned

Invert onto a platter and enjoy, we sure did!!
